1. Order Processing & Handling Time (訂單處理與備貨時間)

  • Many of our products are individually handcrafted or produced in small artisanal batches.

    Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for order processing, quality inspection, and protective packaging before shipment.

    Processing times may vary slightly during product launches, seasonal periods, holidays, or high-order-volume periods.

  • 我們的大部分商品皆為手工製作,或以小批量工藝形式生產。

    在商品正式寄出前,請預留約 7 至 10 個工作天供我們進行訂單處理、品質檢查與安全包裝。

    於新品發售期間、節慶期間或訂單量較高時,備貨時間可能略有延長。

2. Shipping Origin & Timelines (發貨地與運送時效)

  • CosmicAbyssStudio LLC is registered in Wyoming, United States, while our production and fulfillment operations are based in Taiwan. All orders are carefully packaged and shipped directly from our Taiwan studio.

    Estimated Delivery Times

    Once dispatched, international shipments generally require approximately 14–30 business days for delivery, depending on the destination country, carrier operations, flight availability, customs clearance procedures, and local postal conditions.

    Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. International transit times may occasionally be affected by customs inspections, airline disruptions, seasonal congestion, severe weather, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

  • CosmicAbyssStudio LLC 註冊於美國懷俄明州,而我們的商品生產與訂單履行作業則位於台灣。所有訂單均由台灣工作室進行包裝並直接寄出。

    預估配送時間

    商品寄出後,國際配送通常約需 14 至 30 個工作天,實際時間可能依目的地國家、物流承運商作業、航班安排、海關清關流程及當地郵政狀況而有所不同。

    請注意,所有配送時間皆為預估值,恕無法保證實際到貨日期。國際運輸時間可能因海關查驗、航班異動、旺季物流壅塞、天候因素或其他非我們可合理控制之情況而有所延遲。

3. Shipping Partners & Tracking (物流合作夥伴與追蹤)

  • Orders are generally shipped via Chunghwa Post (Air Mail / International EMS) and may be transferred to local postal carriers or delivery providers upon arrival in the destination country, including USPS within the United States.

    Tracking information will typically be sent automatically to your email address once the shipment has been processed and registered by the carrier.

    Please note that tracking updates may occasionally require additional time to appear depending on carrier processing schedules and international transit conditions.

  • 訂單通常透過中華郵政(航空包裹/國際快捷 EMS)寄出,並可能於抵達目的地國家後,由當地郵政或物流承運商接續配送,包括美國境內之 USPS(美國郵政)。

    當包裹完成物流登錄並由承運商建立追蹤資訊後,系統通常會自動將追蹤號碼寄送至您的電子郵件地址。

    請注意,物流追蹤資訊之更新可能因承運商作業流程或國際運輸狀況而略有延遲。

4. Import Duties, Customs & Taxes (進口關稅與稅費)

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country or local authorities.

    The buyer or recipient is considered the importer of record and is solely responsible for any applicable customs declarations, import compliance requirements, duties, taxes, or related charges associated with the shipment.

    United States Customers

    Under current U.S. Section 321 de minimis regulations, shipments valued under approximately $800 USD and shipped directly to an individual customer may qualify for duty-free informal entry treatment. Eligibility is determined by applicable U.S. customs regulations and may change without notice.

  • 國際運輸包裹可能會受到目的地國家或當地主管機關所徵收之進口關稅、海關費用、稅金、報關費或其他相關費用。

    買家或收件人將被視為法定進口人(Importer of Record),並須自行負責與該包裹相關之報關、進口合規、關稅、稅費及其他相關成本。

    美國(United States)客戶

    依據目前美國 Section 321(de minimis)規定,當商品直接寄送給個人消費者且申報價值約低於 800 美元時,該包裹可能符合免稅簡易報關資格。實際適用情況仍須依美國海關法規及當時政策認定,相關規定亦可能隨時變更。

5. Undeliverable Shipments & Incorrect Addresse

無法投遞包裹與錯誤地址

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping information at checkout.
  • If a shipment is returned to our Taiwan fulfillment studio due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or because the package remained unclaimed at the destination postal facility, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping costs, return shipping charges, customs-related fees, and any additional re-shipment expenses.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders returned to us due to undeliverable shipping conditions, subject to applicable shipping and processing deductions.
  • 客戶有責任於結帳時提供正確、完整且可成功投遞之運送資訊。
  • 若包裹因地址錯誤、配送失敗、收件拒收,或因長時間未於當地郵政機構領取而退回至我們位於台灣之出貨工作室,客戶可能需自行承擔原始運費、退運費、相關海關費用及再次寄送所產生之額外成本。
  • 對於因無法成功投遞而退回之訂單,我們保留取消訂單或於扣除相關物流與處理費用後進行退款之權利。
