1. Return Eligibility & Pet Hygiene (退貨資格與寵物衛生安全)

• Return Eligibility & Hygiene Standards

  We maintain a 14-day return request policy, meaning you may request a return within 14 days after receiving your item.

  Due to the biological safety and hygiene standards associated with reptile husbandry and animal habitat products, returned items must be unused, in original condition, and must not have been placed inside any animal enclosure or exposed to pets, feeder insects, moisture, substrate, or biological contaminants.

  Because cement and porous habitat materials may absorb contaminants, odors, moisture, or biological residue, products that have been used, tested, installed, or removed from their original protective packaging may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

• 退貨資格與衛生標準

  我們提供 14 天退貨申請期限，您可於收到商品後 14 天內提出退貨申請。

  基於爬蟲飼養與動物棲地商品之生物安全與衛生考量，退回商品必須保持未使用、原始狀態，且不得曾放置於任何動物飼養環境，或接觸寵物、餌料昆蟲、濕氣、底材或其他生物污染物。

  由於水泥及多孔性棲地材質可能吸收污染物、氣味、濕氣或生物殘留，凡已使用、測試、安裝或拆除原始保護包裝之商品，可能不符合退貨、退款或換貨資格。

2. Artisanal Nature & Variations (工藝特性與天然差異)

• Please note that all of our products are individually handcrafted from cement-based materials. Due to the nature of the material, curing process, and our signature “Xeno-organic” aesthetic, each piece may feature unique textures, tonal variations, surface details, and naturally occurring air pockets.

  These characteristics are inherent to handcrafted and small-batch production processes and are considered part of the artistic and material nature of the product. Such variations are not generally considered defects and do not typically qualify as grounds for return, refund, or exchange.

• 請注意，我們所有商品皆為水泥材質手工製作。由於材質特性、固化過程以及我們標誌性的「異星有機（Xeno-organic）」美學風格，每件作品皆可能呈現獨特紋理、色澤差異、表面細節與自然形成之氣孔。

  此類特徵屬於手工製作與小批量工藝過程中的正常現象，亦為商品藝術性與材質特性的一部分。此類差異通常不視為商品瑕疵，亦不構成退貨、退款或換貨之理由。

3. Damages and International Shipping Issues (損壞與國際運輸問題)

• Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and international transit from Taiwan, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@cosmicabyssstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  To help us evaluate shipping-related claims, customers should provide clear photographs and, where reasonably possible, an unboxing video showing the condition of the package and item upon arrival.

  Requests submitted beyond the 48-hour reporting period may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or shipping-related claims, as we may be unable to verify whether the issue occurred during transit or after delivery.

• 請您於收到商品後立即檢查訂單內容。

  由於商品屬手工製作，且需經由台灣進行國際運輸，若您的商品於送達時出現損壞、瑕疵或品項錯誤，請於收貨後 48 小時內透過 hello@cosmicabyssstudio.com 與我們聯絡。

  為協助我們評估運輸相關問題，客戶應提供清晰照片，並在合理可行之情況下提供開箱錄影，以顯示包裹與商品於送達時之狀態。

  超過 48 小時後提出之申請，可能不符合補發、退款或運輸索賠資格，因我們可能無法確認問題是否發生於運輸途中或商品送達之後。

4. Returns Process & Shipping Costs (退貨流程與國際運費)

• To request a return, please contact us first at hello@cosmicabyssstudio.com.

  Unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and associated return fees.

  Approved return shipments must be sent to the designated Taiwan return address provided during the return authorization process.

  Items returned without prior authorization may be refused or returned to sender.

• 若您希望申請退貨，請先透過 hello@cosmicabyssstudio.com 與我們聯絡。

  除商品於送達時即有損壞、瑕疵或品項錯誤之情況外，客戶須自行負擔所有退貨運費、關稅、稅費及相關退件成本。

  經核准之退貨商品，須寄送至退貨授權流程中所提供之台灣指定退貨地址。

  未經事先退貨授權而自行寄回之商品，我們可能拒絕收件或退回寄件人。

5. Exemptions & Refunds (不予退換項目與退款時間)

• Non-Returnable Items & Refund Processing

  Custom products (including special orders and personalized items), sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are generally not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

  Once a return is approved and processed, refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Please note that financial institutions and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.

• 不適用退貨商品與退款處理

  客製化商品（包括特殊訂單與個人化商品）、特價商品、出清商品及禮品卡，通常不符合退貨、退款或換貨資格。

  當退貨申請經核准並完成處理後，退款將於約 10 個工作天內自動退回至您原始付款方式。請注意，金融機構或付款服務供應商可能仍需額外作業時間，退款金額實際入帳時間將依各機構處理流程而定。
